If you want a roman blind that will block out light and insulate your home in winter then you will probably opt for a lined roman blind. On the other hand if your blind is for decoration and to finish the look of your window, then an unlined blind might be more appropriate.

What headrail would you like to attach your blind to?

There are two main types of headrail 1) Cassette and 2) Aluminium Corded. The advice to attach a roman blind slightly varies depending on which headrail type you have.
