The government has recently implemented new safety guidelines to ensure that window blinds now meet certain safety criteria. This comes after a number of babies and toddlers have had their life cut short, after becoming tangled in blind cord [see figures below]. However new safety guidelines are not retroactive, therefore any blinds that are already in your home may still be hazardous to infants. So please follow the three simple steps below to protect your child from potential risk. They will take less than 10 minutes to implement and could save the life of your child.
