Can I order samples of ready made items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of our ready made curtains, blinds or other ready made products. These items are all covered by our refund guarantee so that in the event they are not acceptable you can return them for a full refund.
We only offer samples of our fabrics, made to measure curtains and made to measure blinds. You can order up to 10 samples free of charge for your first order, but we may charge for subsequent samples (if you have not made a purchase).
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in. If samples are available for that product, you will see a button marked "Order Sample" on the page. Select this option and the sample will be added to the shopping basket.
Request all the samples you require in this way, and once you have selected all you need, select checkout, where you will be prompted to enter your details. Once you have successfully completed this section, you will receive an order confirmation, and your samples will be shipped in a day or two.
